研究委員会での審査を経て、学会発表が許可されたものについては、以下の要領で発表抄録原稿を提出していただきます。
| ● 発表抄録原稿用テンプレートは、こちらからをダウンロードしてください。
● テンプレートの書式に従って作成いただいた原稿ファイル（Wordファイル）を提出してください。書式の厳守をお願いします。 ● ファイル名は「発表代表者の氏名」（日大桜子.doc）としてください。 ● ファイルのアップロード先は、以下の提出前事前確認Googleフォームの入力・送信後、提出先のDropbox URLが表示されます。提出ファイルをご準備ください（メールでの提出は受け付けておりません）。 ● 抄録ファイル提出前事前確認 Googleフォームへの入力・送信を必ずお願いします。 ● 抄録原稿の提出締切日は厳守ください。締切日を過ぎた発表演題については発表を許可しません。 |
● 一般研究発表に関する注意事項
一般研究発表の時間は、発表２０分、質疑応答１０分です。発表の際に必要な機器がある場合(PCおよびプロジェクター以外)は、発表申込みの際に、当該箇所にその旨を記載して、申し出てください。パワーポイントによる発表を希望する方は、PCをご持参いただきHDMIケーブルにて接続するか、USBメモリを備え付けのPCへ接続してください。また発表資料を配付する場合は、各自で７０部以上を持参してください。
※学生会員の方は、この発表抄録が学生研究奨励賞（発表部門）第1次選考の対象になります。

Acceptance of Presentation Abstracts
Deadline January 25, 2024 (Thursday)
After review by the Research Committee, those approved for presentation at the conference will be asked to submit an abstract manuscript for presentation as follows.
● The file name should be “Name of the presenting author(s)”
●Please download the template for abstracts here.
●Confirmation form before submission of abstract (Google Form)
● After submitting the Pre-Submission Confirmation Google Form above, you will be given a Dropbox URL where you can upload your files. Please prepare your abstract file (we do not accept submission by e-mail).
●The abstract submission deadline must be strictly observed. Abstracts submitted after the deadline will not be accepted.
●Notes on general research presentation
General research presentations will be 20 minutes long, followed by 10 minutes for questions and answers. If you need any equipment for your presentation (other than a PC and projector), please indicate so in the appropriate section when you apply for the presentation. If you wish to make a PowerPoint presentation, please bring the data on a USB memory stick. If you wish to distribute your presentation materials on the day of your presentation, please bring at least 70 copies for each presenter.
